报告英文简介: The purpose of this study is to obtain the characteristics of physical properties of VORTEX? spinning yarns and ring yarns. All samples are composed of rayon 100%, and No.30 count yarns. VORTEX? spinning yarns made of the different spinning speed and ring yarns made of the different twisted count were prepared. As the physical properties of the yarns, the tensile, bending, twisting, compression and surface properties were measured by KES (Kato Tech Co.). As the results, it is cleared that the difference of the spinning speed of the VORTEX? yarns and the twisted count of the ring yarn effected on the tensile, bending and twisted properties, and the bending rigidity and the surface friction of the VORTEX? yarns are larger than these of the ring yarns. Moreover, the fabrics made from the yarns were tested by the experiments of tensile, shear, bending, compression and surface properties to obtain the characteristics of physical properties of the fabrics of VORTEX? spinning yarns and ring yarns.
