报告英文简介: Cationic ultra-fine pigment was prepared by grinding pigment with cationic dispersant agent tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorine (TDBAC) and it was used in acrylic dyeing. Dye bath pH had sufficient influence on dyeing properties of pigment. At pH 8.6, it presented the highest pigment adsorption of 99.54% with a relatively high K/S value. The increase of pigment dosage resulted in low pigment adsorption, and the maximum K/S value of 8.4 appeared at pigment dosage of 2% (o.w.f). Dyeing rate increased along with temperature, and dyeing balance could be achieved in 15 min at temperature above 95 °C.
