报告英文简介:

The polyacrylonitrile (PAN) derived carbon / titanium dioxide pillared montmorillonite (TiO2-PILM) composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning and subsequent carbonization using TiO2 sol modified montmorillonite (MMT) as dopant and PAN as polymer matrix. The X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) was used here to analyze the layered structure of MMT before and after pillaring. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) were employed here to analyze the effect of TiO2-PILM doping on the structure of the composite nanofibers and the existence form of TiO2-PILM. The efficiency of the PAN/TiO2-PILM composite nanofibers to remove methylene blue from its aqueous solution was investigated under UV irradiation. It was demonstrated that the as-prepared samples exhibited high efficiency to remove methylene blue due to the adsorptive capacity of MMT and the catalytic degradation ability of TiO2 for methylene blue.
