报告英文简介:

Alginate fiber with excellent biocompatibility and biodegradable absorbent activity has attracted more and more people’s attention. However, the dyeing method for alginate fibers is still not solved due to its special chemical and physical properties. In this article, the compatibility of nanoscale fluorescent pigment and alginate fiber spinning solution was investigated, which provided an insight for alginate fiber spun dyed with nanoscale pigment dispersion. The results showed that the mixture prepared from nanoscale fluorescent pigment and alginate fiber spinning solution has excellent stability to temperature and centrifugal stability. The rheology behavior of the alginate fibers spinning solution is not changed before and after adding some amount of nanoscale fluorescent pigment. Color performance indicated that the maximum amount of nanoscale fluorescent pigment should be no more than 2 % based on the mass alginate fiber, and the colored membrane shows good water resistance.
