Hydrodynamic forces caused by continued river water movement are leads to river erosion in its sides and bed as well as sediment along of the bed. Using concrete blanket, as the new method has advantages compared to other current methods to control erosion and stabilize coast due to flexibility, durability, less execution time of and its execution without stopping or deviation the current of water as well as lack of environmental destruction. The aims of the present project is designing the weave plan of fabric formed concrete lining as a two layers by interweaving in one weft and warp system and study its performance in a real situation.

In present work, the high-strength nylon filaments as warp, the flat polypropylene filaments as weft, braided Polyester yarn as connection threads were used to weave the fabric formed concrete lining according to designed plan on weaving machine. To investigate the characteristics of fabric formed concrete lining the physical and mechanical properties (weight per unit area, thickness, strength and elongation) were measured. In order to concrete it in terms of almost real condition, after establishing fabric formed concrete lining at specified intervals, concreting each panel was performed by concrete injection pipe through the gaps created at certain points in the panel separately. During concreting operation the fabric formed concrete lining has relatively good performance and its structure was well preserved. So little emulsion got out of the surface of the injected concrete and after drying concrete, uniform concrete layer was formed on the surface.
