报告英文简介:

High-absorption polyacrylate (HPA) fibers absorb and distribute water in the fibers’ interior. They can contain water that is tens to thousands of times their own weight and not discharge water when they are pressed, thereby possessing good water absorption and retention. In this study, HPA fibers, PP fibers, and Tencel fibers are mixed with ratios of 0/100/0, 10/50/40, 10/40/50, 10/30/60, 10/20/70, 10/10/80, and 10/0/90 wt%, and then undergo opening, mixing, carding, laying, and needle-punching to form the HPA/PP/Tencel complex high-absorption nonwoven fabrics. The water absorption, water retention, air permeability, and tensile strength of the resulting nonwoven fabrics are tested. The experimental results show that the water absorption increases with an increase in the amount of Tencel fibers. HPA/PP/Tencel complex high-absorption nonwoven fabrics were evaluated for the physical properties, thus obtaining the better mixing parameter of fiber content.
