报告题目：针刺非织造布的光降解研究

The development of degradable polymers has rapidly increased with the interest on the environmental pollution by the wastes of the synthetic polymer based on the petroleum. However, the petroleum-based polymers such as PET and PP widely applied for the agricultural and disposal products because the degradable polymers are costly and lower properties. In this study, we have fabricated the needle-punched nonwovens by the poly(ethylene terephthalate-co-glutaric acid)(PETG) fibers composed the PET and glutaric acid. And the properties and photo-degradability of the PETG nonwovens are investigated and compared with the PP and PET nonwovens. As the results, the weight and tensile strength of PETG nonwovens have decreased higher than PP and PET with increasing the intensity of UV irradiation. The surface damage and the molecular chain scission of the nonwovens were presented by analysis of the morphological and chemical structure. Also, the melting temperature and heat capacity were decreased with increasing UV irradiation.
