This paper illustrated the new ways of the construction of personnel training system in textile machinery industry participated together by universities, companies and industry association under new situation from the following respects: specialty construction of undergraduate in machinery, training of high-level innovation personnel, training of staffs on-job, construction of teaching staff in university, establishment of the plat of industry-university-research cooperation, exchange of talents between schools and enterprises.
